Ordered on a Monday, at my door on Wednesday, with tracking that actually updated. A small brand that does not feel like one.

In their own words.
Shipping, service, follow-up — the parts a spec sheet never covers.

I bought into the idea as much as the product: leave the phone, keep the moment. Their team answers email like actual humans, too.
Marcus T.
Had a sizing question before ordering and got a straight answer the same afternoon — no runaround. I came back for a second one.

I like what this brand stands for, and the product page says honestly what it does. Only gripe: three weeks waiting on a restock.
Tom B.
Six months in and they still check in with tips and honest answers. No scripts, no upselling — a brand that wants you to keep using it.
Yuki A.
My first unit had a stiff wheel. They replaced it without a receipt debate and followed up two weeks later to check it was right.
